1. Artificial Intelligence & NLP Limitations
The summaries, decision records, attendee lists, and action items generated by AI Meeting Notes are produced using heuristic natural language algorithms and machine learning models. While these systems are engineered for high precision, automated systems may occasionally misinterpret sarcasm, colloquialisms, non-standard grammar, noisy audio transcriptions, or technical jargon.
2. Human Verification Requirement
All generated notes must be treated as drafts. The final responsibility for verifying the accuracy of executive briefs, formal resolutions, financial allocations, and legal commitments rests entirely with the meeting organizer, secretary, or designated reviewer.
3. Not Legal, Medical, or Financial Advice
The software is an administrative productivity utility. It is not designed to replace certified court reporters, official legal stenography, medical transcriptionists, or formal corporate compliance officers. Do not rely solely on automated summaries for binding contractual or regulatory filings without human verification.
4. Recording & Consent Laws
Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, federal, and international wiretapping and recording consent laws (such as all-party consent jurisdictions) before recording, transcribing, or dictating meetings involving third parties.
